• Minimum number of 20 people is required for banquet use.
• Non-Refundable $200 deposit required on the requested event time
• No space can be held on a “tentative basis“
• The original deposit will be applied to the final bill.
• JBD private banquet room may be reserved for as little as two Hours to as long as the entire day.
• Room minimums vary based upon time frame reserved.
• Remaining balances must be paid in cash or major credit card at event conclusion
• A guaranteed number of guests are required one week in advance.
• Final bill will be based on number provided, plus additional guests over the initial number.
• All prices listed are pre-taxed and gratuity. 6% tax and the customary 15 % gratuity will be added.
• A fee of $25 will apply for Media players, displays and other A/V equipment if applicable

Cancellation of an event will result in the forfeiture of the original deposit. Cancellation less than two weeks prior to event will be subject to an additional 10% of of total contract.
